Ok, can I just say I’m in love?  Occasionally, when you are buying for a store, you order a product you just love, even if you don’t know that it will sell.  You tell yourself you don’t even care if it doesn’t sell, you just have to have it.  It puts a smile on my face to walk into the store and see those special products.

This week’s “What’s New Wednesday” is one of those products.  I am in love with these chairs.  The lines, the texture, the comfort.

The fabric is a textured beige with a linen look (a slight weave).  There is a 2 inch contrast band at the hem in a taupe velvet.

The back has what is known as a waterfall skirt, skimming straight down with no stops or seams.

100_4312Here you can see the detail in the fabric a little better.  These magnificent chairs are only $1899 each.  The dimensions are: 34H 28.5W 33D.

Shhh, don’t tell Scott, but these chairs may just find their way into my home before too long!

The longer I am in this business, the more convinced I become that there is always a place for “pretty” in this world.  Your style may be modern or rustic or traditional, but the classic lines of a piece of furniture which is “pretty” just never goes out of style.

For example, this classic dresser we just received.  The lines are so elegant.  Purchasing a piece such is this will be an investment for years to come.

The chest has a marble top in a warm beige tone.

The body is made of poplar and is painted in a soft cream color.

The dimensions are: approx. 44”wx21”dx35”h.  The price is $1208.

We would love to see you stop by and explore the piece yourself!

The lines on this chair are really lovely.  The scale is great for a tight space, only 28.5”w and 36”d (and 36”h).  We can also special order this chair in hundreds of other fabrics and leathers.  Come in and see all the choices available make a custom chair for your home.
